1/2 cup canned coconut milk
1/2 cup filtered water
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1-2 cups ice cubes
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cloves
2 scoops natural, unflavored protein powder
- Add all ingredients to your food processor or blender. (I use a Magic Bullet).
- Blend until smooth and silky.
