All you need are the ingredients below, a mixing bowl, and less than 5 minutes to stir it up. I also like to serve this over some all natural hummus, but it’s just as enjoyable on its own.
1 cauliflower head, chopped into florets
juice from 1 lemon
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp finely ground black pepper
1/3 tsp Himalayan pink salt (or sea salt)
1 tsp cinnamon
2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1/2 Tbsp dried parsley
